I was born and raised in Abilene, Tx. Graduated from Abilene High. Woodlawn Church of Christ is my home congregation, where my dad serves as an elder. I am a graduate of Lubbock Christian University. I have a wonderful loving wife and boys who are the greatest blessing and joy in my life. My favorite scripture is: 1 Timothy 4:12 "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example to the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." GBS

My least favorite Bible character is Satan.
I don't like him because he is the crafty serpent from Genesis 3….., a liar from the beginning and the father of all lies.
He is the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:4) who's blinded the minds of the unbelieving, so that they all are under his evil power (1 John 5:19).
Also, he masquerades himself as a servant of righteousness (2 Cor.11:14) and pretends to be a follower of Jesus Christ.
He sets himself up in the Church and demands that his followers worship him and call him "His Holiness, the Holy Father (Pope 666)", a title which the Lord Jesus has forbidden to use (Matt. 23:9+10).
In doing so, he leads the whole world astray (Rev.12:9) and the whole world has gone after him (John 12:19).
At best, he is a liar and a deceiver and my most hated Bible character which I expose whenever I can.
