I'd love the church to be more loving and accepting, both of diversity between Christians and of those not yet Christians who are kept away from investigating the claims of Christ by the judgmentalism of far too many church members.
I was born and raised in Abilene, Tx.
Graduated from Abilene High.
Woodlawn Church of Christ is my home congregation, where my dad serves as an elder.
I am a graduate of Lubbock Christian University.
I have a wonderful loving wife and boys who are the greatest blessing and joy in my life.
My favorite scripture is:
1 Timothy 4:12 "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example to the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." GBS

LOL Disagreements among members!

I would chang the not going on Sundays thing.
Preachers would be evangelists to the community and not preach to the church. Elders would preach and teach the church.
have all kinds of interpreters for the deaf and be able to go to any classes with an interpreter! thats my wish.
Jenny that is a great one. Disagreements aren't good especially when they are over stuff that don't matter.
Wendy,
Thanks for you comments. I would love to see that as well.

LOL. I don't think that would fly with most.
Anonymous,
That sounds great I would like to see that as well. More focus on evangelism, elders doing their job as Shepherds. Teaching & Preaching.
Anonymous,
I know that many churches do ignore the needs of the deaf. That is a great idea. Thanks for sharing!
