Please pray for Preacherman

brothers ans sisters,

This is not Preacherman, but actually Mrs. Precherman.

I'm afraid that we have some tragic news today. Preacherman is in the Intensive Care Unit of Sid Peterson Hospital in Kerrville, Texas.

As some of you know, he had a disease as a child (Guillian-Barre' Syndrome) which paralyzed and almost killed him. Well, it's back. It's sort of like lightening. It's unusual to be struck once, but almost unheard of to be struck twice.

Last Thursday I brought him to the Emergency Room because he had begun falling at different times. They did several MRIs and other tests including 2 spinal taps and gave us a diagnosis today. He began treatment today, but as of yet, there is no change in his condition.

I will try and update all of you as much as possible, and when he regains the use of his hands again, maybe he will be blogging again. In the meantime, please lift him up in prayer and maybe he could give me his thoughts to share with you.

Thank you, Mrs. Preacherman

  3. I will be lifting him and you in my prayers to the Father.

Father it is my prayer that you look upon not only your servant but your son with mercy. I pray that you heal him and make him into an even more powerful witness to your kingdom. I pray that you be with his wife and wrap her in your gentle arms. Giver her strength that she does not have on her own. Wrap them with your peace Father. Amen.

    Shalom,
    Bobby Valentine

  19. Holy Lord,

In Jesus' name, I request healing for our friend and brother, Kinney. I ask that You will glorify Yourself in his illness and in his recovery. I ask for Your peace and comfort for him, for his family, and for his friends and readers. May others come to know You though this ordeal, and through his witness, and may Your Kingdom ever grow. Amen.

  20. Father God,

We come as your servants to rally around Preacherman and his family. Father, we pray for healing, peace, and for glory to be brought to Your Name because of this experience. This man and his house serves You, Lord, and it is abundantly clear in their lives. Bless them with healing so that they may continue fighting the good fight with a renewed and mighty gratitude.

Father, we thank you for the community we find among other believers - what a blessing this is to see and experience!

    In Christ's holy Name,
    Amen

  22. Father, please surround preacherman and his family with your tender mercies and unending grace. May they sense your presence and seek your will. Give them strength against The Enemy. Place supportive Christians by their side. And we boldly ask, Father ... that as this illness has hit with lightning speed, so may your healing be. By the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

I am praying for Preacherman and know that the Lord will see him through this ordeal.
I had GBS 3 1/2 years ago and was at Johns Hopkins
University in Baltimore, Md. It took a long time for
me to come back - a prayed harder than I ever prayed before in my life for the Lord to lift me up and make me well. Just have Faith in the Lord and ask him and he will. May the Lord bless you and keep you in his care.

I am doing better and continue to get stronger each
    day.

    God Bless,

    Linda
